Do I need to create an account to place an order?
It is not necessary to create an account, you can also make a purchase as a guest by entering all the necessary information in the fields provided for that purpose.
How can I open an account on the easy-form.eu and what information do I need to fill in?
Creating an account is very easy. You can register before purchase or during the order. In the page footer, click My account and create a new account. You can register by entering your personal information in the fields provided.
Can I delete my account?
If you would like to delete your account please let us know via contact form so that we can completely delete it because you cannot delete it by yourself.
Returns and Complaints
What is the procedure for the return and exchange of products and refunds? I have a claim on a purchased item, who can I contact?

Who assumes the cost of the refund?
The cost of the return is borne by the customer and the cost of the reshipment is borne by Easy-Form.
I received a shipment with a defective product, what can I do?
Contact us immediately and send a picture of the damaged product at info@easy-form.eu or Facebook page.

Which countries do you ship orders to?
The web shop easy-form.eu sends parcels to Worldwide addresses with contracted delivery service.
Which delivery service will deliver the package to me?
All shipments are shipped with FedEx. If you order from an area where this delivery service is not delivering, your package will arrive with an alternative delivery service.
The shipping address is different from the one in my account, can I change it?
You can change your address by calling +385 98 732 861 or send e-mail to info@easy-form.eu. If the shipment has already been shipped, the delivery address can only be changed through a link sent to the customer by the FedEx delivery service.
